All prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, GST and other government charges.

Please note if you order a particular vintage and it is sold out the next vintage will be sent as its replacement.

LIQUOR LAWS
In accordance with our responsibilities, we require all persons purchasing and receiving Gala Estate wines to be over 18 years. It is an offense to sell or supply, or to obtain supply of liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. By placing an order which includes wine, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Claims for broken or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests for returns for credit or exchange must be made within 7 days. A tax invoice will be supplied if requested.

DELIVERY
Gala Estate  guarantees that your order will reach you intact. We will happily replace or send you a cheque/issue you a credit for your next purchase for any wines that are damaged in transit or arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
